VIKA Maryland is honored to announce two new owners within our firm:
Joshua Price, L.S. – Vice President and Director of Surveys
Ghassan Khouri, P.E. – Vice President
Mr. Price has over 17 years of experience in preparing surveys for state, county, municipal, utility, and private development projects. He has been a vital part of the VIKA Maryland team for over 15 years.
Mr. Khouri has over 18 years of design experience and is responsible for overseeing and developing construction plans for large-scale projects in both the private and public sectors in the Washington Metropolitan area. He has been a vital part of the VIKA Maryland team for over 18 years.
VIKA Maryland is also honored to announce the promotion of Jeffrey Amateau, P.E as Principal.
Mr. Amateau began his career with VIKA and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has overseen, directed, and managed more than 400 residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. His considerable background in both site/civil engineering and water resources enables him to coordinate large site/civil projects through design, review, permitting, and construction process.
