On Tuesday July 28, 2020, The Montgomery County Council unanimously passed Subdivision Regulation Amendment SRA 20-01 which extends the duration of all deadlines and adequate public facility validity periods an additional 2 years for previously approved subdivisions. The County is experiencing an unpredictable economic downturn due to future uncertainty caused by the global pandemic. The County Council adopted similar legislation during the last recession.
